Private Plant Care Journal

Track plant checks, watering, feeding, repotting, and follow-up dates in your browser. Export JSON backups and CSV history. No account or uploads.

Your journal stays in this browser. It is separate from the analyzer’s saved plants. No account or upload is needed. Export a JSON backup regularly: clearing site data or changing browsers removes access to local records.

JSON preserves plants and entries for import. CSV is for reading care history in a spreadsheet. Imports merge identical records and stop on conflicting versions of the same record.

Read locally. Maximum file size: 2 MB. Current records are preserved if validation fails.

What makes a useful care entry?

Record moisture before watering, a visible change, and the action you took or deliberately skipped. Write the fertilizer product and dose when feeding. After a repot, note the container and mix. “Checked; still damp; did not water” is useful evidence.

Follow-up dates appear when you open this page. The journal does not send background alerts or sync between devices. Use the calendar export for calendar alerts and the care-log guide for worked examples. Private browsing may remove records when the session ends.
